White Water first formed in 1976 as Revolver. Soon after playing a fundraiser for a northern Nevada food pantry, Revolver changed their name to White Water and started a long tradition of Improving their community by using their music to bring people together to support nonprofit and government agencies! Original members Michael Kelley, lead vocals/ bass and Mike Biselli, drums, have been playing music together since the late 1970s. White Water released their first EP on MCF Records in 1986. The EP was rereleased on CD in 2017 with all proceeds beneflttlng The Children's Cabinet. White Water added Michele Mebust, lead vocals and percussion, Tim Patterson, vocals and keyboards and Bryan Shaddix, vocals and guitar and became White WaterRetooled. The band is in the unique situation of having two talented lead vocalists in Mike Kelley and Michele Mebust. Tim and Bryan round out the strong vocal harmonies and add lead vocals themselves. These musicians have been playing local and national venues since the 1970s. With years of experience from playing large concerts, nonprofit fundraisers to the most intimate private parties, White Water Retooled can meet any need, playing all your favorite Classic Rock, Rhythm & Blues as well as Country songs from the 1950s to present. White Water Retooled has been recognized by the State of Nevada Governor's Office as well as receiving a Commendation from the Sparks City Council for their commitment to Improving lives through their partnership with many nonprofit and government organizations. White Water Retooled has opened for BJ Thomas and Cold Blood as well as headlining many concerts themselves. After an unprecedented year with venues closing due to the Worldwide pandemic, White Water Retooled again wanted to make a positive impact on their community. In 2021, after not playing live for many months, White Water Retooled began a partnership to help the RENO BATTLE BORN VFW POST 9211 that had lost an incredible amount of revenue due to the pandemic. White Water Retooled band members planned and organized three fundralsers for the Veterans of Foreign Wars, including a Fall Music Festival & Fundraiser featuring five bands, a silent auction and raffle. In addition to playing music to support Veterans, White Water Retooled also partnered with the City of Sparks to play at their Hello Summer Celebrations to spotlight the cleanup the City of Sparks HOPES TEAM accomplished at Rock Park!

Led by harmonica master and songwriter Pierre Lacocque, Mississippi Heat is a world-class Chicago Blues Band. Their motto is “Traditional Blues With A Unique Sound” as they present fresh yet vintage-based musical ideas.
MISSISSIPPI HEAT’s name is a reflection of Pierre’s reverence for Mississippi’s blues culture and music. The band’s conviction is that there is no deeper music than Delta-inspired blues to express what lies in everyone’s soul. They have received world-wide critical acclaim, including from Living Blues Magazine: “MISSISSIPPI HEAT delivers its traditional urban blues with a freshness, energy and competence that makes them a treasure on today’s Chicago scene.”
Mississippi Heat is known internationally for their passionate blues delivery. Overseas and national touring have been an integral part of their work for decades. The band has appeared at many world-famous festivals including many in the US (like the Pocono’s and the Chicago Blues Festivals), Scandinavia, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Canada, Tunisia, Finland, Venezuela and in Mexico, among many others.
Buddy Guy has gone on record saying that it’s “been a long time since I heard a good blues band like this.” And recently the band received this critical acclaim from Bonnie Tallman at the Billtown Blues Festival (Hughesville, PA): “Can’t find enough words to express how blown away everyone was with the Mississippi Heat performance! It was spectacular in every way.”
The band has made waves on the blues charts by regularly reaching the #1 spot on Living Blues Magazine’s radio charts.
Matthew Curry has built a multi-generational audience through a deep, pure connection forged with fans that have encountered him via headline appearances and cherished support opportunities from some of the most successful touring artists in the history of music. Simply, he is a singer-songwriter writing songs that draw from personal inspirations, incorporating elements of blues, rock, southern rock, and old school country in to his repertoire. His guitar playing is becoming world renowned, yet for Curry his perspective is broader sharing, "Of course the guitar is a HUGE part of my music, but something I really like to focus on is trying to make good songs. Songs people can relate to. Songs people immediately want to sing along to or tap their feet to. It is reaffirming to experience this wide spectrum of audience coming out, and when I'm on stage seeing a mix of young, old, and middle age, alongside an even split of males and females singing along to every song, I know that I'm headed down the right path."
San Francisco Bay Area blues legends the Delta Wires take a victory lap after their induction into the California Blues Hall of Fame with the release of their historical survey Anthology… the act grew out of a college undergraduate project where Pinata was tasked to research and perform an anthology of the great blues music form, tracing it from its Delta roots to its Chicago wired form (thus, the name “Delta Wires”). …This collection of live and studio tracks culled from six prior albums and obscure concert recordings, likewise traces the blues over the decades, as delivered by Pinata and his band. …Like the Tower of Power, Delta Wires has had its own horn section, made up of guys who played for another popular Frisco-based act, the boogie rock outfit Cold Blood, and it adds punch and a certain panache you can’t get from small combos. But listening to some of these tracks, especially the earlier ones, there’s enough dirt under the fingernails to make this group bona fide practitioners of the blues. Most of that grit comes courtesy of Pinata himself, whose rousing roots-minded blues harp is the constant in this varied set of recordings that features a changing but consistently good cast of backing personnel. Pinata’s harmonica is smokin’ on cuts such as “Take Off Your Pajamas,” “Tippin’ Into The Blues,” “Don’t Want No Woman” and “Take Your Hand Outta My Pocket,” where he brings down he house. Pinata also handles lead singing for nearly all the vocal songs and while he puts a lot of heart into it, he…did I mention that Pinata is a fantastic harmonica player? …this retrospective makes a strong case for why the Delta Wires earned a spot in the California Blues Hall of Fame.
